個人簡介
“協和學者”特聘教授,北京協和醫學院準聘副教授,中國醫學科學院病原生物學研究所課題組長,國家衛健委病原系統生物學重點實驗室PI,病原體感染防控教育部重點實驗室PI。曾任北京市第十屆青年聯合會委員,中國醫學科學院青年科學家創新聯盟理事會副理事長,中國青年科技工作者協會基礎專委會委員。哈爾濱工業大學/哈爾濱醫科大學獲醫學遺傳學博士學位,美國匹茲堡大學傳染病學博士后,主要研究方向為醫學病毒學。發現了HCV輔助受體Occludin、研發了高效廣譜的SARS-CoV-2中和抗體、深入闡明了HCV和ZIKV等多種病毒的感染與致病機制、建立了多維度抗病毒藥物研究平臺等。教育部自然科學獎二等獎第一完成人。作為通訊作者(含第一作者)在《Hepatology》、《Sci Adv》、《Nat Commun》、《Signal Transduct Target Ther》、《Cancer Res》、《J Cell Biol》、《J Virol》等本領域高水平專業雜志發表SCI論文40余篇;超10項專利獲授權;完成新冠病毒納米抗體成果轉化1項;作為項目負責人獲得國家重點研發計劃、863、973、國自然重點項目和面上項目等科研課題多項;培養研究生20余名。
研究方向
聚焦醫學病毒學基礎研究和抗病毒藥物研發,具體包括:
1. 病毒感染與致病機制: 丙肝病毒的受體發現與感染機制研究、寨卡和登革等黃病毒的致病機制與抗病毒研究等。
2. 抗體藥物研發:全合成抗體發現平臺與AI抗體設計平臺、抗感染與抗腫瘤抗體藥物研發等。
